From the moment your prescription is approved, you have full access to the Port MD+ clinical assessment app. You don't need to wait for the kit to arrive.
Prescription medications have expiration dates — typically 1–2 years. An expired kit is a kit you can't rely on when you need it most.
The annual renewal replaces expired medications, refreshes your prescription, and ensures your physician has reviewed any changes in your health status since last year.
